was made by Miss Arpita Mohapatra from Bangalore. Mutton Haleem is a

2. Heat the oil in a pan and put tejpata, cloves, and another masala.
3. Put the Garlic and ginger paste and mix it properly. It should be looks red.
4. Now put the mutton, green chilies paste, turmeric powder, salt, and Kesar. Now cook this properly.
5. Now put that wheat and dal.
6. Now cook properly till dal getting boiled properly.
7. After mutton gets boiled, take out the pot.
8. Your mutton haleem is ready, Now serve the mutton haleem.

- Chana daal and Yellow Petite Lentils
- Wheat
- Ghee
- Cloves
- Jayatri
- Gujraati
- Ginger and Garlic Paste
- Onion
- Tej pata
- Kesar
