In the twin towns of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, the price for 24-carat gold per 10 grammes touched Rs 53,000 on Tuesday despite the fluctuating gold and silver prices across the nation. 10 grams of yellow metal cost Rs 51,000 for 23-carat gold while it cost Rs 50,000 for 22-carat gold.
Likewise, the prices for gold that is 20, 18, and 14 carats remain at Rs 45,100, Rs 40,800, and Rs 32,100, respectively. On Tuesday, a pure Ginni (gold coin) is being traded for Rs 41,000. Gold is currently being traded in Cuttack at Rs 5,310 per gram (GST 995) and Rs 5,180 (Cash 995).
The price of one kilogram of silver, on the other hand, has dropped from Monday's price of Rs 57,500 to Rs 57,100 in Bhubaneswar. Notably, state taxes, excise taxes, and manufacturing fees affect the price of gold in India.
