Ananya Das was born in Odisha, India, to a middle-class family. The Hindu

Ananya Das (IAS)'s Education
Ananya graduated from a prestigious institution with a bachelor's degree in computer science. She also holds a master's degree in economics from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani. She worked as an Executive Intern at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) while her MSc in Economics.
She began doing interviews for MNC IT software businesses after receiving her degree. She began working as a Software Engineer with Oracle India Pvt. Ltd in July 2013, where she worked with the Database Team of Oracle Server Technologies. She worked with her for over eight months (July 2013 to February 2014).
