[VIDEO] Rourkela Odisha Girl Anketa, Now going to play lead role in RGV's Next movie - Watch Trailer

The all-new official trailer of the movie ‘Thriller’ starring Odisha’s Anketa Maharana or Apsara rani was released on Thursday, 30 July 2020. The movie is being directed by Ram Gopal Verma (RGV). The movie will be released in nine languages including Odia. 

 

Ram Gopal Verma had changed Anketa Maharana’s name to Apsara Rani for the movie. After being roped in by RGV, Apsara’s followers on social media platforms increased very fastly.

Ram Gopal Verma, who is known for treading unusual tracks for his films and stirring controversy. In this film both actor and actress from Odisha, While Anketa Maharana hails from Rourkela, Actor Rock Kacchi is from Nabarangpur.

RGV took to Twitter to announce: “Thanks to Apsara Rani I realized about Odisha and now I discovered another talent from Odisha called Rock and I cast him opposite Apsara Rani in THRILLER, Rock.”
