Lockdown 4.0: Here are the all guidelines

The ministry of home affairs on 17th May 2020, Sunday announced the extension of lockdown till May 31 to curb the spread of Covid-19, with significant relaxations in the fourth phase. In an order issued on 17th May 2020, Sunday, the MHA (ministry of home affairs) said that domestic flights, schools/colleges, and hotels will continue to remain prohibited throughout the country. 

However, the government has allowed inter-state movement of passenger vehicles and buses with mutual consent of states and also the intra-state movement of passenger vehicles and buses allowed with the same mutual consent. Apart from standalone shops, market places have now been allowed to open, however, the operation of malls and cinemas continues to be banned.

The Centre has also permitted the states to identify the Red, Orange, and Green zones within their jurisdictions. Sports complexes were also allowed to open by the MHA in the fourth phase of the coronavirus-forced lockdown, possibly clearing the path for a resumption of the training of athletes which came to a halt in mid-March.

Now also E-Commerce activities for non-essential goods are now permitted even in Red Zones. Cycle rickshaws and auto-rickshaws, taxis, and cab aggregators like Ola, Uber have been allowed. Restaurants are now permitted to operate kitchens for home delivery of food items. Barbershops, spas, and salons can also be opened. Interstate and Intrastate movement of medical professionals, nurses, paramedical staff, sanitation personnel, ambulances allowed without any restriction.
