The Orissa High Court today refused to intervene in the ASO examination postponement matter. Candidates appealed for deferring the date of ASO examination but HC refuses to intervene.
So the Assistant Section Officer (ASO) examination will be held on the scheduled date on January 20. Earlier, the OPSC had postponed the exam date for the ASO posts and rescheduled it for Jan 20. The exam was scheduled to be held on Dec 23, 2018.
As other competitive examinations, ALP and IBPS are scheduled on Jan 20, the applicants for appearing in those tests along with the ASO examination conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) had moved the High Court seeking to postpone of the exam on the scheduled date.
