Dahi ambula recipe is a unique recipe that belongs to Odisha. Ambula is
the dry unripe mango and Dahi means yogurt.Both are very sour. Let's see
how to make this.
2. Take a pot, heat oil, then add red chili and punch phutan into it.
3. When it starts spluttering then add grated ginger.
4. Then add soaked dry mango into it.
5. After 2-3 minutes add the mustard paste into it & put some water.
6. After 1 to 2 minutes add little sugar to it.
7. Then add some salt as per taste & keep the flame in seeming. Leave it for 15 minutes.
8. Then add grated coconut, red chili, and Jeera powder into it and leave it for 2-3 mins.
10. Then add Yogurt mix it well. Your Dahi Ambula Khata is ready.

- Dry unripe mango: 6-7 pieces
- Mustard Paste: 2 Tsp
- Red Chillis: 3
- Punch Phutan: 1 Tsp
- Curry Leaves: 9-10
- Oil: 2 Tsp
- Grated Ginger: 1/2 tsp
- Grated coconut: 3 Tsp
- Jeera and Red Chilli powder: 1-2 Tsp
- Sugar: 3 Tsp
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Salt
