The storyline centers around Nisha, a young woman who is betrayed by her boyfriend. Devastated by the betrayal, Nisha decides to take her own life and hails a rickshaw driver named Kundan. However, Kundan intervenes and stops Nisha from taking drastic action. As they spend more time together, Nisha and Kundan develop feelings for each other.

Unfortunately, Nisha's sister-in-law discovers their relationship and tries to arrange a match for Nisha with a wealthy man. Only on the ullu app, Rikshawala Episodes 1 and 2 will be made available on 11 April 2023. Two episodes make up this web series. Each episode lasts between 15 and 30 minutes. Hindi, English, Bhojpuri, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil versions of Rikshawala were made available.
