Ingredients for making Kesar Malai Laddu
Paneer – 1/2 kg
Cream – 250 grams
Sugar Powder 1 cup (according to taste)
Saffron – 1 pinch
Cashew – 2 tbsp
Pistachio Clipping – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 4-5
Sweet yellow color – 1 pinch
Method of making Kesar Malai Laddu
Step 1: To make Kesar Malai Ladoo, put cream in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. Fry the cream for about 5 minutes while stirring it with a spoon.
Step 2: When the cream melts and becomes a little thick, add grated cheese to it. Now once again fry this mixture while stirring it with a spoon.
Step 3: When the mixture becomes thick, add 2 spoons of milk in a bowl and mix saffron in it and mix it well then add it to the mixture.
Step 4: With the help of a ladle, when the saffron mixes well with the mixture, add a pinch of sweet yellow color to the laddus to give it a yellow color. Keep in mind that the mixture has to be fried till it becomes thick properly.
Step 5: After this, turn off the gas and spread the mixture on a plate, and keep it aside for 10 minutes. When the mixture becomes slightly hot, add sugar as per taste.
Step 6: After mixing the sugar well with the mixture, cut cashew pieces and put them in the mixture. After adding cashew nuts to the mixture, take little by little mixture in your hand and tie them around laddoos.
Step 7: When the laddoos are tied, put pistachio shavings and some cardamom seeds on it and keep them on a plate.
Step 8: Similarly, prepare Kesar Malai Laddu with all the mixture. To make everyone's mouth sweet on Guru Purab, saffron malai laddus are ready.
