Savriqul Muhammad and his wife Rooh Afza were farmers when Abdu was born on September 23, 2003, in Gishdarva Village, Panjakent District, Tajikistan. He has two sisters and two brothers.

He just attended school for 20 days and did not finish his education. Later, he began taking writing and reading classes. He speaks Tajik, Farsi, and is currently studying Russian.
To help his family, Abdu Rozik began singing in the streets of Gishdarva. He was discovered in 2019 by Tajik rapper-blogger Baron (Behruz), who was captivated by his voice after hearing him sing on the streets.
Abdu's father agreed when Baron persuaded him to take Abdu with him to Dubai so he could pursue a singing career there.
