In Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Eisha Singh was born on December 24, 1998, into a Kshatriya Hindu family to real estate agent Pankaj Singh Chouhan and his wife Rekha Singh. Rudraksha Singh, her younger brother, is also her sibling. For her roles in Middle-Class Love (2022), Ishq Subhan Allah (2018–20), Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani (2016–17), and Ishq Ka Rang Safed, Indian actress Eisha Singh is well-known (2015).
Her mother, Rekha Singh, manages Eisha's Foundation School, a play school with the same name as her daughter. Her father, Pankaj Singh Chouhan, owns and operates Prem Developers, a construction company.
She finished her education at Shree Bhavan's Bharti Public School in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, then went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce degree from IES University in the same city. The 2015 Miss Teen Madhya Pradesh winner was Eisha Singh. She relocated to Mumbai after winning the pageant, went to an audition for "Ishq Ka Rang Safed," and was chosen for the show's lead part.
