Indian actor and stage play director Raimohan Parida primarily acted in Bengali and Odia films. He allegedly committed suicide on June 24, 2022, in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He began his career as an actor and shot to fame with the Bengali movie "Sagar" (1987). He appeared in more than 100 Odia and Bengali movies, including "Mental" (2014) and "Singha Bahini" (1998, 1994, and 2014, respectively). For these roles, he became incredibly well-known. He primarily portrayed evil roles in a variety of movies.
His exchange, "Heiti Anani Jyoti Mashtrani," became viral on social media. He also contributed artistically to a number of theatre productions or jatras. He played villains in a number of jatras and quickly rose to fame. He reportedly hanged himself and died by suicide on June 24, 2022, in his home in Prachi Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Later, his body was taken for a post-mortem at the Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar. The media source claims that before taking his own life, he texted his wife and girls to say "bye."
