Odisha COVID-19 case mass count increased to 600+ with 158 Recovered

Six hundred eleven (611) COVID-19 the total number of cases in Odisha registered, while 158 others recovered from the highly infectious disease, as per the official COVID-19 dashboard. The total number of active coronavirus cases in the state now stands at 450. Three persons have died of the infection till now.

The total number of samples tested so far in Odisha is 77,150. While Ganjam district tops the list of COVID-19 cases in the state with 252, Balasore has reported 90 cases, Jajpur (88), Khurda (53), Bhadrak (40), Sundergarh (25) and Angul (15).

Though Ganjam has reported the highest of 252 cases within very few days, As per the source report COVID-19 cases reported so far are from quarantine centers and from among the people who returned to the district from other COVID-91-hit states.
