Recently Biju Patnaik University of Technology Rourkela Odisha shared a notification regarding Online Classes, Below is the official notification.
The undersigned is directed to inform all Principals/ Directors/ Coordinator/Faculty members/ Students of affiliated colleges of BPUT that as per the decision of the BOG of TEQIP-III dated 24/12/2019, BPUT shall reimburse the registration fees for the online course completed through the SWAYAM and MOOCs to the students and faculties of the engineering streams of all the affiliated engineering colleges out of the TEQIP-III fund. The copy of the course completion certificate along with the proof of the registration fee paid needs to be forwarded by concerned institute Principal/ Director to the Co-ordinator, TEQIP-III, BPUT, Odisha, Rourkela. The last date above the facility shall remain valid till 31st August 2020.
Note: In the case of students, the regd. fees of the course will be granted only when the course is either a core subject/ an elective subject/ Honours/ minor as per the curriculum of BPUT. (Engg. only). However, there will be no such criteria for the faculty member. However, they shall choose courses from Engg. Disciplines/ Interdisciplinary Engg Streams.
