Tuesday, 31 March 2020, A man from Bhadrakh district of Odisha on tested positive for coronavirus. Confirming this case, the Health and Family Welfare Department tweeted: "Fourth COVID-19 confirmed case; 29 years old male of Bhadrak district with travel history to Dubai."
With this, the total number of COVID-19 positive cases increased to four in Odisha.
Notably, 137 samples were tested on Tuesday at RMRC, AIIMS Bhubaneswar and SCB Cuttack testing centers. Out of which, one sample which was tested at AIIMS turned out to be positive for coronavirus.
According to the data released by the Department: A total of 473 samples were tested until Monday. On Tuesday, 137 samples were tested at three facilities in the State.

According to the data released by the health department, Odisha Health Secretary NB Dhal had spoken to Bhadrak Collector Dr. Gyana Das and asked him to shift the patient to SCB Medical College in Cuttack.
