Odia Movie and serial actress Nikita Lipan Sahoo (Lakshmipriya Behera)
passed away while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Cuttack.
According to reports, the actress had visited her father’s house at Mahanadi Vihar in Cuttack where she fell off the roof of the house on Friday.
The actress was admitted to the Aswini Hospital, Cuttack following an injury on her head on Friday night. However, the exact reason behind head injury is yet unknown.
Nikita had made debut in Ollywood with ‘Akhi kholibaku dara laguchi’. She was also featured in movies like, ‘Chori chori mana chori’, ‘Maa ra Panatakani’, ‘Smile please’ and ‘Mita basichi bhoota sathire’.Nikita was much popular for playing dominating characters in the TV serials ‘Tapasya’ and ‘ACP Nikita’.
