2. Heat oil in a pan (deep bottomed). Once the oil is hot enough, add the dry red chilies and chopped onions.
3. After the onion goes brown, Add the ginger, garlic paste, curry powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chopped tomatoes, yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper, and saute in medium flame until the ghee separates from the masala and leaves a nice aroma. (stirring frequently)
4. Add the chicken and mix it well.
5. Cover the pan and wait for 15/20 minutes on low flame. (stirring frequently)
6. If the chicken has been cooked then raise the flame to high and let all the gravy dries up. (If it’s not then cover it again and let it cook in its own gravy for few more minutes.)
7. Now sprinkle some garam masala and Chopped Coriander.

- Chicken with bone 250gms Cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt
- Dry red chilies
- 1/2 cup oil
- Chopped Coriander
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tomato chopped
- 3 big red onions chopped
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 3 tbsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
