Reserved more than Deserved: Policy making India Backward

India being a developing country is currently facing many challenges and the reservation system being one of them. The biggest question that lies in front of us is whether implementing this reservation system has really helped the downtrodden? The current scenario clearly depicts that the ‘lower’ castes are still discriminated in their daily lives. To uproot casteism it is important that we fight the reservation system which alone will lead us to development, competency, equality, and unity.

There is maximum Indians are not like this Reservation system, Every day you can see many posts, many images are shared on social media for opposing this reservation system. But there is no result because of our selfish politician who encourage reserved more than deserved. From the latest report, many well-educated Indians are working in outside India. Here also some proofs like world's biggest IT company like Microsoft has 34% Indian employee and as same 28% at IBM, 17% at Intel,13% at Xerox. Also, almost 18,000 employees are Indian in NASA which is the 40% total working employee. If these people working in Indian companies just imagine how our nation will look like?

Reserved more than Deserved: Policy making India Backward

Reservation is governed by constitutional laws, statutory laws, and local rules and regulations. The Scheduled Castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC), and in some states Backward Classes among Muslims under a category called BC(M), are the primary beneficiaries of the reservation policies under the Constitution, with the objective of ensuring a level playing field. However, in the recent years, there have been complete Reservation Exclusion Agitations among some of the other general section of the population due to a notion of denying them the access to full opportunity in the nation.

In 2012, the Indian government stated 22% of its population is below its official poverty limit. But still, these people are not getting any proper help from the government. The government has to know all backward classes people are not from this poverty limit. Many backward classes people are rich and economically strong. So these people don't need any type of help from the government but still, they got stipends, other types help, and benefits.Another fun thing is when all people are applying for any job that time Non-Reserved people are paying 500 or plus rupees but reserved category people are not paying any money. It directly means all non-reserved people are rich and reserved category people are poor.Just because of this reason many suitable candidates are can't applying for jobs.

We don't know when it will stop. But yes if it does not stop then get ready to see India as "NON DEVELOPED COUNTRY" in future. From our end, we want reservation free country and It does not mean to stop helping or stop providing money to needy people.
