Hello, readers today we discuss something different, As we know maximum people are in the busy schedule. We don't have much time for thinking what we will eat what will not eat, and especially at dinner time, can significantly affect the quality of our sleep. It has been proved our dinner food is very important in our daily life. Here are some foods that you must avoid in order to get sound sleep at night.

Avoid 5 foods for Good Night's Sleep

Garlic (ରସୁଣ)
Each garlic clove is packed with health-promoting components. These are just some of the top nutrients found in garlic. Garlic also contains alliin and allicin, which are both health-promoting sulfur compounds. Garlic's allicin benefits are especially well-researched in studies. But here is the bad news. Garlic is known as the "hot herb". The chemicals in garlic can give you heartburn if eaten too close to bedtime. If you are cooking a delicious meal, keep the garlic low or leave it out altogether.

Cereals ( ଧାନ ଆଦି ଶଷ୍ୟ ଜାତିଆ ଖାଦ୍ୟ - କର୍ଣ ଫ୍ଲାସ୍କ ଭଳି ଖାଦ୍ୟ )
The most important raw material in any breakfast cereal is grain. The grains most commonly used are corn, wheat, oats, rice, and barley. Some hot cereals, such as plain oatmeal, and a few cold bowls of cereal, such as plain shredded wheat, contain no other ingredients. The easiest thing to reach out for when you have no time to eat a proper meal for dinner is that box of cereal with a healthy pouring of milk. But the processed cereals that come in these pre-packaged boxes are extremely high in sugar and give your blood sugar a definite spike.

Red Meat ( ଲାଲ ମାଂସ )
Do you love meat? Obviously yes maximum people love to eat meat. It's very tasty and maximum people love to eat this. Well, here is a fact: red meat is loaded with proteins and fats that will keep your body working hard throughout the night. Your body gets all fired up to break down and digest the meat that takes much longer than any other food. To achieve a deep restful slumber, you want your digestive system at peace and working on minimum capacity. Some red meats are high in saturated fat, which raises blood cholesterol. High levels of LDL cholesterol increase the risk of heart disease.

Chocolate ( ଚକୋଲେଟ )
Chocolate is a typically sweet, usually brown food preparation of cacao seeds, roasted and ground. It is made in the form of a liquid, paste, or in a block, or used as a flavoring ingredient in other foods. We know a piece of dark chocolate to help you relax at night, right? Wrong! The hidden caffeine and sugar are definitely not doing you any favors in the sleeping quarter. The chocolate may give you a nice high, but it also gives you a certain rush of hormones that can keep you up all night.Best to indulge in that piece of chocolate quite a few hours before bedtime.

High Carb meals ( ବେଶି ଶ୍ୱେତ ସାର ଜାତୀୟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ )
High Carb meals mean the High Carbo-Hydrate meals where lots of energy are packed and As we know the "Eat carbs, have a heavy meal before you go to bed. This will ensure you sleep well." But you know That advice is so not relevant anymore. You may have noticed that the nights when you had those cheesy pasta dishes are the very same nights when you tossed and turned and woke up feeling like the dog's dinner. Leave those high-carb, high-fat meals as lunch-time options.
