Prawn Masala Recipe Ingredients Required
- 5 Tiger prawns
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 small Onion
- 2 green Chilli chopped
- 2 Kinds of Garlic
- 25 gms Ginger
- 1 piece Dalchin
- Mustard oil
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Cumin
- Cumin powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander leaves
Prawn Masala Preparation
1. Grind 1 small onion, garlic, ginger, dalchin properly. Make paste.2. Marinate prawn with turmeric powder, salt.
3. Fry it in mustard oil, until golden brown color.
4. Take a pan with mustard oil, put some cumin, chopped onions & chopped green chili.
5. When the onion looks brown, put paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chili powder.
6. After 10-15 minutes, add chopped tomato & salt. Fry them till oil comes out from the paste.
7. Then add fried prawns & mix and Add 1-2 cups of boiled water, if necessary.
8. Heat on low flame 5-10 mins. Then add garam masala, some coriander leaves.)
9. Serve with Roti or Rice.
