Besan Chicken Pakoda Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
- Salt
- 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 1 small spoon chili powder
- 1 spoon cumin seed
- 1 Spoon chicken masala
- Pinch of baking soda
- Refined Oil
- Coriander leaf
Steps to make Besan Chicken Pakoda
1. First, Clean the chicken with water and mix the salt and paste of
garlic ginger, leave for 10 minutes.
2. Now Mix others items in Besan (Gram Flour) leave for some time.
3. Now add some water to Besan Mix.
4. Remember, the paste must be a little dry do not add much water.
5. Heat the Refined oil in Pan.
6. Now, put all chicken in Besan and put in oil one by one.
7. After the Chicken gets red, serve on the plate with tomato sauce and
coriander leaf.
